Fast Speed collects only the information needed to provide broadband service, respond to support requests, verify coverage, and keep customers updated about their account or network service.

We use this information to check fiber availability, schedule installations, provide technical support, manage customer requests, improve service quality, and send important service or newsletter updates when requested.
Admin access is protected by authenticated sessions and hashed passwords. Customer request data should only be accessed by authorized Fast Speed staff for service and support operations.
We do not sell customer information. Information may be shared internally with sales, support, technical, or technician teams when needed to complete service checks, installation, relocation, or troubleshooting.
You may contact Fast Speed to correct contact details, ask about your request information, or stop receiving newsletter updates. Location detection is optional and only runs after you press the location button.
